Classroom Multimedia Technology Support. Multimedia Technology Support provides rapid-response technical support and audio-visual equipment maintenance in all classrooms, lecture halls, conference rooms, and other meeting locations on all UTRGV campuses.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Students, Faculty, Staff, Researchers, Non-UTRGV

Steps to Request

  1. Title: Enter a concise title or subject for the service request.
  2. Description: Provide a detailed description of the issue or service needed.
  3. Email of Requestor: Enter the email address of the person requesting the service.
  4. Contact Number: Include a phone number where the requester can be reached.
  5. Specify the Equipment Requiring Service: Clearly state the equipment (e.g., projector, computer, printer) that needs attention.
  6. Describe the Necessary Service: Explain what specific service or repair is required (e.g., bulb replacement, software update).
  7. Provide the Classroom or Location: Indicate the exact room or location where the equipment is situated (e.g., Room 203, Auditorium).
  8. Date: Specify the date when the service is needed.
  9. Time: Mention the time of day when the service is needed.
