Classroom Multimedia Technology Support. Multimedia Technology Support provides rapid-response technical support and audio-visual equipment maintenance in all classrooms, lecture halls, conference rooms, and other meeting locations on all UTRGV campuses.

Students, Faculty, Staff, Researchers, Non-UTRGV
Steps to Request
- Title: Enter a concise title or subject for the service request.
- Description: Provide a detailed description of the issue or service needed.
- Email of Requestor: Enter the email address of the person requesting the service.
- Contact Number: Include a phone number where the requester can be reached.
- Specify the Equipment Requiring Service: Clearly state the equipment (e.g., projector, computer, printer) that needs attention.
- Describe the Necessary Service: Explain what specific service or repair is required (e.g., bulb replacement, software update).
- Provide the Classroom or Location: Indicate the exact room or location where the equipment is situated (e.g., Room 203, Auditorium).
- Date: Specify the date when the service is needed.
- Time: Mention the time of day when the service is needed.
