Initial Setup for Your Department
Department Imaging Setup Request Form (if Perceptive has not yet been configured for your department).
User Access - Complete the Get Access! form and click on the blue Request Access button.
STUDENT-RELATED records imaging:
- Category: Banner
- Resource: Banner – ImageNow
- Application Role: Select the applicable role.
- Description: Enter justification and any other needed details.

EMPLOYEE-RELATED records imaging:
- Category: Human Resources
- Resource: Human Resources – ImageNow
- Application Role: Select the applicable role.
- Description: Enter justification and any other needed details.
The request will automatically route to obtain approvals and will then be assigned to the appropriate group.

Installation:
ImageNow can be installed on UTRGV Windows computers from the Software Center. Open the Software Center app, search for ImageNow, and follow the prompts to install the application.
