Some applications within Microsoft Teams may not be compatible with UTRGV-managed computers or network policies.
To request evaluation or implementation of a Teams app for university use, submit a Project Request.
If a Microsoft Teams app requires a purchase or subscription, a Technology Assessment request must be submitted and approved before the app can be installed on university-owned devices.
Support and Training
The IT Service Desk does not provide application-level support or training for:
- Microsoft Teams apps
- Microsoft Teams features
- Other Microsoft Office products
