PeopleSoft Access for Employees

All UTRGV employees are automatically granted access to PeopleSoft for basic functions. This includes submitting timesheets, entering leave requests, and viewing payroll information. Employees do not need to submit a request for basic access.

 

Accessing PeopleSoft

  1. Sign in to the myUTRGV Portal
  2. Select the PeopleSoft application
  3. Approve the Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) prompt if prompted

 

Additional Access (FMS or HCM)

Employees who need access for advanced functions must submit a request.

Request Process

  1. Submit the appropriate access request:
  2. Review and approve the End User License Agreement (EULA)

Note: Access requests require supervisor and data owner approval before processing. Once all approvals are completed, the request is automatically routed to the appropriate teams for review.

 

Timesheets and Payroll

Access to timesheets and payroll features may not be available immediately but should be active before the first timesheet due date.

If you can log in to PeopleSoft but do not see your timesheet by the due date, contact Payroll:

Additional Information
