Microsoft Viva Engage – Stay Connected with Coworkers

Microsoft Viva Engage is a Microsoft 365 application that allows employees to connect, share updates, and participate in organization-wide discussions. It is designed for community-based communication and knowledge sharing across departments.

 

Access Viva Engage

Option 1: Microsoft 365

  1. Sign in to the UTRGV Portal
  2. Select Microsoft 365.
  3. Select App launcher (grid icon).
  4. Select More apps.
  5. Select Engage.
    • If not listed, select All apps and search for Engage.

Option 2: Direct access

Option 3: Microsoft Teams

  1. Open Microsoft Teams.
  2. Select Apps.
  3. Search for and open Engage.

 

What You Can Do in Viva Engage

  • Join or create communities
  • Share updates, questions, and announcements
  • Collaborate with coworkers across departments
  • Discover information and conversations relevant to your role
