How to Add Tango Card Incentive to Qualtrics Survey

Before you begin, please note that the Tango incentive must be added to the Qualtrics Survey that is created by your study team. Once you have created your survey, follow the steps below to add the incentive to your survey BEFORE sending the survey to your participants to complete. Failure to complete the following steps before the survey is distributed will result in your participants not receiving their gift card at the end of their survey.
