Microsoft Office 365 Training Center

For training on Microsoft Office 365 applications, visit the Office 365 Training Center and select the application you would like to learn.

Training is available for commonly used Microsoft applications, including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Power BI, Visio, and more.

Microsoft Learn provides self-paced learning paths designed to help users build skills and prepare for Microsoft certifications.
Users can sign in with their UTRGV credentials to create a profile and track completed modules, achievements, and learning activity.

Audience: Developers, IT Professionals, Students, Faculty, and Staff

Note: When creating a profile, you will be signed in with an organizational account. By using Microsoft Learn, your activity (such as achievements and progress) may be recorded and shared with your organization. Your username, display name, and achievements may also be visible to others. Instructor-led courses are not included.

 

Microsoft Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI)

The Microsoft Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI) provides training focused on Azure and other Microsoft technologies. It includes learning paths, interactive courses, and certification preparation resources. ​​​ESI helps users develop technical skills and advance their careers through structured training and certification opportunities.
Users can sign in with their UTRGV credentials to create a profile and track their progress and achievements.
