Unable to Connect to my.utrgv.edu Portal from Off Campus when Using DirectAccess

DirectAccess can be affected by local network conditions and become stuck at the "connecting" state.

If you are using a UTRGV Windows computer with DirectAccess and are unable to connect to the my.utrgv.edu portal, reset your DirectAccess connection.  Manually disconnect and reconnect DirectAccess.  If that does not solve the issue, please restart your computer. Another possible work around is to leave DirectAccess disconnected or connect via VPN.  However, shared network drives will not be accessible.
