Troubleshooting OneDrive Sync Issues
If you see an error indicating that OneDrive is not running, or your OneDrive files are not syncing, follow the steps below to try and resolve the issue.
- Check the system tray to confirm OneDrive is running.
Look for the OneDrive cloud icon near the clock on your computer.

- If the OneDrive icon is not visible, open the OneDrive application. Search for OneDrive on your computer and open the app.

- If OneDrive is running but files are still not syncing, sign out and sign back in to your computer. This can resolve account or authentication issues that may affect OneDrive syncing.
