Outlook - Updating Email on Android for Modern Authentication

To remove an email account from Android Device. (note this will remove all email data from your mobile device including any synchronized calendar data.) : 

Note: Removal instructions below are for a Samsung Galaxy device.  Refer to your device manufacturer for specific instructions

  1. Open Settings and tap on Accounts and backup.
  2. Select Manage accounts, and then select the email account you wish to remove.
  3. Select Remove account, and then confirm Remove account.

To set up your email on an Android mobile phone:

  1. Download the Outlook for Android app on your Android device. 
  2. Open the app and log in with your UTRGV credentials and Approve Microsoft MFA if/when prompted to set up your Office 365 account.
