Request Access 

  • Submit a Get Access request form.
  • Click on Request Access.
    • Category: Departmental
    • Resource: Ad Astra - USchedule
    • Application Role: Select the applicable role.
    • Description: Enter justification and any other needed details.
  • Click on Request.

 

Troubleshooting Issues

  • Please ensure you are using the new UTRGV link for Astra: https://schedule7.utrgv.edu/Schedule7/Portal/UserPortal.aspx
  • Delete and re-create any browser bookmark that you use for Astra.
  • To Log in, use your entire UTRGV email address as your username and your UTRGV password.
  • The first recommendation for any Astra issue is to perform the “Clear State & Reload” action. This action is available on many Astra pages and forms. At the bottom-right corner of your Astra window, you will see a very tiny square with vertical red lines on it. Click on the tiny square and then click on the "Clear State & Reload" prompt that appears. After completing this, close all browser windows, and try again. If the problem is not resolved, see the recommendations below.
  • To resolve an "Application Error" message, please take the following steps:
    • Clear your browser cache (cookies, and history).
      • Press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (all together) for Windows or, Command-Shift-Delete for Mac.
      • Choose the time range to clear.
      • Choose what you wanted cleared (at least cookies and history)
      • Select  "Clear" or "Delete" option.
      • Once the cache is cleared, close ALL browser windows, and reopen one to try again.
