First, please ensure you have listed the email address or domain as a Safe Sender in Outlook to ensure it's not being blocked by Outlook.
If the email is still not being received in your inbox, submit the Email Whitelist Request Form to request that an external email address be white-listed to ensure email delivery to UTRGV accounts. The request will auto-route to obtain approval from the Information Security Office (ISO) before it goes to IT Data and Network Security for approval and processing.
