Question: I cannot find the CyberArk EPM Control Panel icon on Desktop.
Answer: Right click on CyberArk EPM Agent on System Tray, unselect and select Show CyberArk EPM Control Panel Desktop Icon.
Question: I am trying to install software from the Downloads folder but I am not successful.
Answer: Right click on CyberArk EPM Agent on System Tray and select Request Settings. Then try again.
