Restore the CyberArk EPM Control Panel Desktop Icon

If the CyberArk EPM Control Panel icon is missing from the desktop:

  1. Locate the CyberArk EPM Agent in the Windows system tray.
  2. Right‑click the CyberArk EPM Agent.
  3. Select Show CyberArk EPM Control Panel Desktop Icon.
    • If the option is already selected, unselect it and then select it again.

Install Software from the Downloads Folder

If software from the Downloads folder will not install:

  1. Locate the CyberArk EPM Agent in the Windows system tray.
  2. Right‑click the CyberArk EPM Agent and select Request Settings.
  3. Retry the software installation.

Note: If prompted with a CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager message, select Yes to retrieve the settings.
