Upload a Profile Photo in Zoom (Desktop App – Windows or Mac)

  1. Open the Zoom desktop application.
  2. Click your profile icon (or initials) in the top‑right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Under My Account, click Edit My Profile.
    • This opens your profile page in a web browser.
  5. Click on your profile picture (or initials).
  6. In the Change profile picture window, select Click to upload, drop, or paste a file here, then choose a photo from your device.
  7. Adjust the image as needed and select Save.

 

Upload a Profile Photo Using the Zoom Website

  1. Go to Zoom’s sign‑in page and log in to your account.
  2. Select Profile from the left‑hand menu.
  3. Click on your profile picture (or initials).
  4. In the Change profile picture window, select Click to upload, drop, or paste a file here, then choose a photo from your device.
  5. Adjust the image as needed and select Save.
