Log into the
my.utrgv.edu
portal.
Click on
IT Support Center
application.
From Quick Links on the right, click on “
My Tickets
.”
Click on the
title
of the ticket.
Click on the red
Withdraw Request
button.
Select the reason, enter desired comments and click on
Withdraw
.
Click on
OK
to confirm.
