Cisco Phones - International Calling Capability

In order to obtain international calling capability, the department account/project manager must directly submit a Service Request (under their own login). Otherwise, an email from the account/project manager approving the request can be attached to the Service Request. 

The Service Request must include all the following: 

  • Telephone number 
  • MAC address (from label on bottom of the phone) 
  • Account/project number to be charged 
  • Account manager name 
  • Justification 

Once the configuration is made, you will receive an email providing the international dialing code.

International calling format:

  • 9 011 (country code) destination number
    When prompted by two beeps, enter your international dialing code.
