Please review this video for how to view multiple monitors on your campus computer and how to set audio options for online meetings. This is for Windows to Windows connection.
Change Connection Settings for Multiple monitors
- At the Remote Desktop Connection log in screen:
- Click on Show options.
- Click on the Display tab and select the checkbox for Use all my monitors for the remote session.
- Click on OK.
Audio Settings for Video Conference Options
- At the Remote Desktop Connection log in screen:
- Click on Show options.
- Click on the Local Resources tab.
- Click on the Settings button.
- Select both Play on this computer and Record from this computer.
- Click on OK.
Continue to connect as normal.
