All organizations are limited to 15 concurrent Live Event sessions.  Schedule a Live Event if you expect over 300 participants.

Microsoft Teams has a Live Events feature which is a resource to schedule large events for UTRGV participants. Teams Live Events support multiple presenters, up to 10K participants, event duration up to 4 hours, live captions and subtitles, and attendance reports.   Teams Live Events also allows non-UTRGV participants to join via their web browser without installing the Teams app.
