SharePoint sites can be shared with external users in the same way as with UTRGV users. SharePoint site owners can share content and enter non-UTRGV email addresses of external participants. Once the external participant receives a sharing link, they will be prompted to log in with a Microsoft account or to create a Microsoft account.
