Installation

UTRGV Computers

• Microsoft Teams should already be installed on UTRGV computers.  If not, it can be installed from Software Center (Windows) or Self Service (Mac).  Teams can also be installed from online.  
• Log in to the https://my.utrgv.edu portal. 
• Click the Office 365 icon under Applications. If you are asked to approve a Microsoft Multifactor Authentication (MFA) prompt, please proceed.
• Click the Teams icon. If you do not see it, click the All apps icon.
• Once you are in the Teams web version, click on ... at the top right and select Download the desktop app.
• Run the executable and follow all prompts using CyberArk.

Personal Computers

• Log in to the https://my.utrgv.edu portal.
