Check Ticket Status
You can view the status of your IT tickets from the IT Support Center.
- Select Services from the top navigation menu.
- Select Ticket Requests.
You can also access the Ticket Requests page directly: IT Support Center – My Ticket Requests
Ticket Search Options
You can refine your ticket list by using the available filters:
- Use the Status Class field to filter tickets by status (for example, New, In Process, Completed, Cancelled, or On Hold).
- After adjusting the filter settings, select Search to update the results.
Withdraw a Ticket Request
If you need to cancel a ticket:
- Select the ticket from the ticket list.
- Select Withdraw Request to cancel the ticket.
View Request Pending Your Approval
Some IT requests may require approval, such as:
- End User License Agreement (EULA) acceptance
- Supervisor approval
- Data owner approval
To view requests pending your approval:
- Select Services.
- Select My Approvals.
You can also access the Approvals page directly: IT Support Center – My Approvals
Any requests requiring your action will be listed on this page.
