Microsoft Teams has the Pin feature to keep specific video feeds visible and together. This allows you to see specific video feeds at all times as well as view the presenter's shared content.
For each needed video feed, right-click on the video feed and select PIN for me.
Live Captions:
To enable live captions, during a meeting select More options ... > Turn on live captions.
