Pin Video Feeds in Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams includes a Pin feature that allows you to keep specific video feeds visible on your screen while also viewing shared content.

To pin a video feed during a meeting:

1. Hover over the participant’s video.

2. Select More options (three dots).

3. Choose Pin for me.

Note: You can pin multiple participants. Pinned videos are only visible to you and do not affect what other meeting participants see.

Use Live Captions in Microsoft Teams

Live captions display real‑time text of what is being said during a meeting and can help improve accessibility and understanding.

To turn on live captions during a meeting:

1. Select More actions (three dots).

2. Select Language and speech.

3. Choose Show live captions.

Note: Live captions are only visible to the person who turns them on and do not affect other participants.
