Archiving in Microsoft 365 (also called In-Place Archiving) provides users with more mailbox storage space. The user must receive the warning “Your mailbox is close to full”.
Configuration to enable or disable archive mailboxes can only be done by means of a General Service Request which will be then routed to the Systems Team.
Once the request has been completed the user will need to restart Outlook and locate the folder "/Archive" under their UTRGV email. Emails need to be moved manually to the archive folder.
