  • Event Collaboration: Partner with IT to support and enhance your department's special events through technology integration
  • On-Site IT Presence: Request IT team members to attend special university events and provide technology support.
  • Presentations & Training: Coordinate IT presentations on technology topics and orientation sessions to enhance tech awareness.
  • Social Media Engagement: Re-post information on IT social media channels and engage with audiences directly to promote tech initiatives and other important information.
  • Data Collection & Surveys: Collaborate to create and distribute surveys, collect responses, and analyze technology-related data.

Steps to Request

  1. Select the blue Request Service button on this page.
  2. Email of Requestor: Enter the email address of the person making the request. This ensures proper communication and follow-up.
  3. Contact Number: Include a phone number or other relevant contact information for the requestor. This allows for direct communication if needed.
  4. Service Needed: Select the service you need from Information Technology.
  5. Event Name: If applicable.
  6. Event Date & Time: If applicable.
  7. Event Location: If applicable.
  8. Event Room: If applicable.
  9. Topics: Specify any topics you would like us to focus on. For example, you might mention “Teams,” “Copilot,” “Security,” “OneDrive,” etc.
  10. Attachments: If applicable.
