The UTRGV Training Management Portal lists available training sessions, provides training management tools, and allows students, faculty, and staff to register for training sessions provided across all UTRGV campuses.
The UTRGV Training Services Website streamlines the process of registering or creating and managing training sessions.
Students, faculty, and staff can:
- View all upcoming courses across all UTRGV campuses
- Register for scheduled training sessions
- View registration status
- View training attendance records
Trainers with administrator access can:
- Create and manage training sessions
- Set up and create course templates (course)
- Create multiple course instances (course sections)
- Set course seating limitations
- Send automatic user registration notifications to trainer
- Print attendance sign-in sheets
- Add and remove attendees pre and post a training session
- Record course attendance
