Various forms of web publishing are available to university faculty, staff, and students. Official university websites are published in the Content Management System (Cascade). A CMS is used to manage and control a large, dynamic collection of web material and is used for content creation, content control, editing, and web maintenance functions. Depending on the use case web hosting space is also available to host your website. Web hosting space for students and faculty to publish their personal websites is also provided.

Request a New Department Website
Submit a Service Request and enter the following data in the fields noted below:
- Short Description: New Website Creation for [Name of department/division/college/organization]
- Service Request Description: Enter a detailed description of the website's intended use, department name, department head and who will be in charge of the project from your department.
Request Editor Access to a Department Website
Submit an Access-Request and select the following for the fields below.
- Category field: IT Resources
- Resource field: Cascade
For multiple websites, submit a separate request for each site.
For multiple editors to the same website, have each user submit a request under their name for individual access.
