  • Scope: Scanning and Monitoring: Regularly scan and monitor your website for accessibility compliance.
  • Responsibility: Departments must ensure that publicly published web pages are accessible.
  • Reports: Scan Report: Identifies pages requiring fixes and provides guidance on addressing accessibility issues.
  • Web Quality Report: Highlights broken links, misspelled words, and suggests improvements for mobile page load times.

Steps to Request

  1. Select the blue Request Service button on this page.
  2. Email of Requestor: Enter the email address of the person making the request. Ensure it’s accurate for communication purposes.
  3. Contact #: Include a phone number or other contact information for follow-up or clarification.
  4. Department: Specify the relevant department or team related to the request.
  5. Website Address: If applicable, provide any relevant website links or URLs related to the request.
  6. Full Details of Request: Clearly explain the request, including all necessary information. Be thorough but concise.
