UTRGV Events Calendar

What Is It?

The UTRGV Calendar is an interactive and mobile-friendly calendar that allows the UTRGV community (students, faculty, staff, and the public) to browse university events happening at the different UTRGV campuses.

Event types include:

• Campus Life
  Student activities and events, such as the Best Week Ever, Homecoming, Charreada at UTRGV, Family Weekend, Ring Ceremony, Distinguished Speakers Series, student organization major events, and more.
• Athletics
  Official UTRGV athletic events and functions.
• Training & Development
  Workshops, training, conferences, and continuing education events for the university community and the general public.
• Academics
  Important deadlines, student and faculty art exhibits, theatre, dance, and music performances, keynote speakers, open house events, etc.
• Community
  Major campus events beneficial to the general public, families and children such as HESTEC, FESTIBA, Distinguished Speakers Series, Día de Los Niños activities, children’s theatre, concerts, and more.
• Health & Wellness
  Health challenges, races, and activities, employee wellness events, health and wellness fairs, UREC and intramural sports events, etc.

Steps to Request

To post university-related events on the UTRGV Calendar, you must be a UTRGV Staff or Faculty employee.
See the Submit an event to the UTRGV Calendar Knowledge Base Article for instructions.
Then, log in at the UTRGV Calendar to submit your calendar entry.
