What is it?

This form allows UTRGV users to request general support or to report issues related to Brightspace or other supported instructional technologies, including Respondus Lock Down Browser, Panopto, and more. 


Who is Eligible to use it?

All Faculty, Staff, and Students  


Steps to Request:

  1. 1. Select the blue Request Service button on this page 
  2. 2. Provide Requestor information 
  3. 3. Select the Request Type 
  4. 4. Provide Course/Organization Name  
    • A Course is an official course offering (ex, MATH-1301-01-Fall2025) 
    • An organization is a departmental or training site (ex, Environmental Health and Safety) 
  5. 5. Provide a short description to explain the nature of a ticket. 
  6. 6. Provide a detailed description of the issue. If the issue involves specific course content, please include the name of the content, its location within the course, and any other relevant details. 
  7. 7. Provide Device Information 
  8. 8. Attach any screenshots related to the request
  9. 9. Submit
