Teams apps are not blocked. However, UTRGV does not support Teams apps that UTRGV IT has not tested and rolled out. For help with Teams apps, please contact the app's support site or contact. Teams apps may not be vetted by UTRGV or Microsoft. They may not be compatible with UTRGV client computer or network policies. Additionally, the apps may not be transferable to other employees upon separation from the university. To have a Teams app considered for official implementation, please submit a Project Request.
Many Teams apps are free. If there is a purchase involved, a Software Assessment request must be submitted.
