About Office 365

Office 365 is a full version of Microsoft Office applications available absolutely free to currently enrolled students and active employees. Microsoft (MS) applications (apps) available through this program include:

Teams
Outlook

OneNote
SharePoint
PowerPoint
and more!

Log in to your Microsoft Office 365 account and explore all available apps. Office 365 allows installation of Microsoft Office on up to five (5) devices.

Purpose

These Office 365 applications have the same features and functionality as other versions of Microsoft Office. By default, Office 365 installs as one package. Users can install Office 365 on up to five (5) different personal devices with a single Office 365 license.

Collaborating with others outside of UTRGV

UTRGV faculty and staff who need to collaborate with members from other institutions or organizations within our Office 365 environment in MS Teams and OneDrive can do so by submitting a Service Request with the domains of the collaborators to be added. (ie. @schoolname.edu)
