Steps to Request

  1. Select the blue Request Service button on this page.
  2. Title: Provide a descriptive title for the request.
  3. Email of Requestor: Enter the email address of the person making the request.
  4. UTRGV Identifier: This can be located on a UTRGV Windows computer by opening the command prompt. It is the 3 letters and numbers after "C:\Users\".
  5. Employee ID: Include the unique employee identification number.
  6. Building Code: Indicate the building or location associated with the request.
  7. Contact #: Provide a phone number or other contact information.
  8. Create, Modify, or Renew: Specify whether the request involves creating a new item, modifying an existing one, or renewing a service.
  9. Full Details and Justification: Clearly explain the purpose of the request, including any necessary justifications or additional context.
