What Is It?
The Guest Network Access service provides temporary Wi-Fi connectivity to visitors for a large group event, enabling seamless Internet access for web browsing, email, and essential communication. This service is designed to accommodate guests during conferences, workshops, or other events with a large group where only Wi-Fi access is needed.
Usage Guidelines: Guests are advised to adhere to the university’s IT policies and ensure responsible and ethical online behavior while using the network.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Staff, Faculty will need to request | Guest are eligible to use
Steps to Request
- Select the blue Request Service button on this page.
- Provide the Event Name
- Provide Event Sponsor's Email address
- Provide a Start and End Date for the Event
- Provide the Bldg name(s) where the guest network is required.
