Access Academy is an accessibility training platform provided by Level Access and offered at no cost through the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR). It is designed for users of all experience levels and guides digital accessibility and best practices across a variety of topics.

This article provides a standard process for reviewing documents to determine whether they should be eliminated or remediated to meet ADA and WCAG accessibility requirements.

PREP (PDF REmediation Platform) is an AI-enabled, Cloud-based PDF and document remediation platform that helps users create accessible PDF documents by identifying accessibility issues and assisting with remediation. Complete both required prerequisites before requesting access to PREP, then submit a Get Access Request.

Training is required to obtain access to the platform.
