Steps to Request

  1. Title: Provide a concise title or description for the email account setup.
  2. Email of Requestor: Enter the email address of the person requesting the departmental account.
  3. Contact Number: Share a phone number where the requestor can be reached.
  4. Requested Name of the Departmental Email Account: Please choose a name for the shared mailbox that clearly reflects its primary purpose, such as "ITSupport" or "HRInquiries." Avoid using personal names and opt for descriptive terms related to the mailbox's function.
  5. Display Name: Determine the display name that will appear for this departmental email account.
  6. Business Purpose/Justification: Explain the reason for creating this shared mailbox (e.g., team collaboration, project management).
  7. Primary Email Owner: Provide the email address of the primary owner or administrator.
  8. Secondary Email Owner: If applicable, include the email address of a secondary owner.
  9. Other Users: List any additional users who should have access to this shared mailbox.
