Steps to Request
- Select the blue Request Service button on this page.
- Title: Provide a concise title or description for the email account setup.
- Email of Requestor: Enter the email address of the person requesting the departmental account.
- Contact Number: Share a phone number where the requestor can be reached.
- Requested Name of the Departmental Email Account: Please choose a name for the shared mailbox that clearly reflects its primary purpose, such as "ITSupport" or "HRInquiries." Avoid using personal names and opt for descriptive terms related to the mailbox's function.
- Display Name: Determine the display name that will appear for this departmental email account.
- Business Purpose/Justification: Explain the reason for creating this shared mailbox (e.g., team collaboration, project management).
- Primary Email Owner: Provide the email address of the primary owner or administrator.
- Secondary Email Owner: If applicable, include the email address of a secondary owner.
- Other Users: List any additional users who should have access to this shared mailbox.
