What is it?
This form is used to request the creation of a new organization in Brightspace, our Learning Management System (LMS). An organization serves as a dedicated space for accessing documents, sharing resources, and collaborating with other participants in a secure, access-controlled environment. Who is Eligible to use it?
Faculty and Staff
Steps to Request:
- 1. Select the blue Request Service button on this page
- 2. Provide Requestor information
- 3. Provide Organization Name
- 4. Select the Purpose of Organization
- 5. Select a Template
- 6. Indicate if you would like to list the Organization in Brightspace Discover for self-enrollment?
- 7. Indicate Organization Leaders (UTRGV email)
- 8. Attach the list of users that you would like to enroll in this organization and specify their role
- 9. Submit
