What is it?
This form allows faculty to request read-only access to archived courses from past semesters that are not currently available in Brightspace. Approved access allows users to view and retrieve course content, enrollment records, grades, and student submissions.
Please note: If you need to transfer course material to Brightspace, please submit a request through our Course Copy Request service form instead.

Who is Eligible to use it?
Faculty and staff are eligible to submit this form. In some instances, additional approval may be required.
Steps to Request:
- 1. Select the blue Request Service button on this page.
- 2. Enter Requestor Information
- 3. Indicate which LMS the course was delivered on
- 4. Provide the Course Name and CRN
- 5. Provide the Semester and Year Taught
- 6. Indicate the reason for the request.
- 7. Submit
- 8. Faculty will be granted access to their archived courses once the request has been reviewed and approved by COLTT.
