The purpose of this form is to request a course to be restored from the archives. Faculty may request a course restore from K-16 solutions. Faculty may export/archive the course if they want to preserve a copy of the course. Faculty may also do a course copy, download files, review student grades, etc. Please refer to our course restore options support article for more information.
