Different types of requests and tickets are available, depending on the assistance you need.
- Submit a Something Broken form - Report an issue with EXISTING hardware, software, or resource.
- Need a NEW Service? - Many service requests have custom forms to collect special information or approvals. Choose the option below that best matches your request to ensure it is routed correctly:
- Submit a Get Access form to request new or increased ACCESS to an existing university resource such as PeopleSoft, Banner, File Shares, Departmental Emails, etc.
You can check the status of a ticket you previously submitted. Search filters are available and may be adjusted as needed.
Software installations: Before requesting software installation, please note that all software installed on UTRGV‑owned computers must have been assessed and approved within the last year. Only software listed in the Software Inventory can be installed. For more information, please see the Technology Assessment article.
